Let me think on this.

So this fucking attorney says that there is blame to be shared like a pue? Had the criminal not decided to pull a gun and rob the place, the store clerk who was fearing for his life would not have drawn and fired. The fact that he left the accomplice alive, is sufficient evidence to me that the clerk was not at fault at all.

Had the criminal simply not attempted to rob the store, the bitch would still have her criminal husband.

The store clerk could have been like Bernie Goetz, the subway shooter in NYC. He shot four black guys that were shaking down other passengers for cash. When they got to Bernie, he pulled his pistol and started shooting.

Of one of the perps Bernie said, "You don't look too bad off." and he shot him again for good measure.

The facts remain this store clerk drew on the drop and shot the bad guy. Good on him. It takes a lot of balls to do something like that. ;)
