When I was a federal employee, I could not hold stock in any co that did work for the feds. I could not sell real estate but a lot did and got away with it, they were good republicans. Idea: if elected to a federal postion, your have to sell all stocks and break ties with Co.

Having all politicians salary set at no more than the median wage of their constituents would be a good plan.

It would be too much of a paycut for most skilled workers. But giving them only Treasury bonds as their sole retirement and investment would encourage them to keep the dollar valuable by placing America First for jobs and also for protecting our borders.
