Coconut oil (Lauric acid). Also kills bacteria. I take it twice daily. Also eat garlic and ginger root sandwiches twice a day.And a lot of turmeric and black pepper.

When I lived in Chicago in late 70s, one night there was a fight at the corner tap. The windows got broken out and it was closed the next night.
This guy wanted a beer. So he went across the street to The Blue Pub. It was a gay bar. Some guy grabbed his ass and he punched him out.
The cops came and arrested him. When he got in front of the Judge, the Judge said, "I'm tired of you tough guys beating up the gays." He gave him 30 days in Cook County Jail.
I knew about that place so I stayed away from it. ;)

I hope those sandwiches are not made on refined white bread.
Refined commercial white bread contains phytates from the use of high speed steel rollers and this blocks calcium absorption. ;)

Ukraine was always the bread basket of Russia.
After the Bolsheviks took over they even raked out the root cellars in Ukraine.
I worked with a Ukrainian-American man on the Illinois State Highways. His grandparents fled Ukraine after the Bolsheviks took over. Their collectivism ruined the profit motive that made farming in Ukraine worthwhile. :-/
In the old days here a man could work an 80 acre farm with a mule and a plow. If he was lucky and there was no drought he could make ends meet and even raise a family doing it. It was sort of the way Josie Wales did it. ;)
