It seems like science fiction and is chilling, but the metohods and techniques are available. There question is how far do we let it get?

The CCP owns everything in China. So wealthy Chinese come here to buy property.

The old Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in NYC is owned by Chinese. They plan to turn top 10 floors into condos. I wonder how many wealthy New Yorkers are left after the rise in income taxes drove them all to tax friendly states. ;)
