You can study day and night but if you don't have the IQ to grasp the concepts, it will not do much good.

IQ to grasp the concepts

When I took the test in Illinois to become a Highway Maintainer, there were a lot of black guys there taking the test. Most of them were scratching their heads. It was a common sense test.

I had two black co-workers. I asked one of them once, "How did the two of you get your jobs?"

He replied, "They just needed a couple of niggers." ;)
