This week leading Chinese newspaper printed in big letter that Taiwan would be next for the US to abandon.

Where is Harris???? She is next door in Singapore trying to reassure the Far East that the US will not cut and run.

US Abandoned.....

I can recall one time in Illinois when the Des Plaines River flooded so badly the roads were closed south of Palatine Rd where Milwaukee Ave and River Rd came together.

One guy was out in the crew cab with the Lead, Lead Worker. The other guy was driving.

The boss told the guy to go over to the left. He said, "But that's the deep water." He was told again to go to the left. He did. The Air Horn sucked up water and the diesel got hydrolock.

It cost $10,000 to put a new engine in the truck. I wonder who got written up over that bone headed play? ;)
