It is obvious you have no idea how the modern state of Israel has come to be. Some background information is necessary.

Hitler wanted to send the Jews to Madagascar, a lush tropical island. But the Jews did not want to hear this. They wanted to go to Palestine. Palestine at the time was under the control of Turkey and had a minority Jewish population. This brought about the Transfer Agreement. The Jews could go to Palestine but they had to leave their personal wealth behind.

In 1917, Lord Arthur Balfour, the British Foreign Secretary drew up the Balfour Declaration which was presented to the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland. This Declaration promised the Jews a national homeland in Palestine.

Before the State of Israel was founded in 1948, the Irgun bombed the King David Hotel in Jerusalem (1946) killing many British officers since they were using that hotel as their HQ.

Former Mayor of Chicago Rahm Emmanuel and his brother Ezekiel are the scion of Irgun terrorists.
