Any "organized effort" to "reconcile" the situation would have to be an All or Nothing effort in at least one sector of command. Such "reconciliation" would also have to overcome the Rats in the network/system who would monitor any effort while sabotaging remediation of the current ongoing demolition.

There was an attempted Fascist coup against FDR in the 1930s. The conspirators approached Marine Corp. Major General Smedly Butler to lead the troops. But he turned them all in.

From the information he gave to Congressional Committee members, they said he described a coup. ;)
