And I just traded my new Tesla in on a horsey. Damn, neighborhood code enforcement is already pissed at me because they say horses are illegal in the city limits, and I'm guessin' my lawn guy is gonna be upset having to wear muck boots to cut my grass.

I knew this German-American in Chicago who had a Shetland pony boarded in his garage.

Every year he would hitch it up to a cart and drive it in the German-American Day Parade.

If you lived in Germany and owned a horse and cart you were considered to be wealthy.

He was an insurance broker. He insured a business and was pocketing the premiums. The business burned down and there was no policy. He was found hung in the horse stall/garage the next day. :-/
