Sad to say. Just be thankful the inflation rate will not be as bad as in Weimar Germany after the end of WW I.

Due to the sanctions of the Versailles Treaty, inflation was so bad you needed a wheelbarrow full of German Marks to buy a loaf of bread.

After Hitler invaded France he forced the French to sign the Armistice in the same rail car that Germany signed the Versailles Treaty. He did have a sense of irony. ;)

I think you are a bit off on your dates.

Bill Clinton caused to be borrowed all of the money in the Social Security Trust Fund to balance the budget. They left IOUs in there. Now all Social Security payments must be budgeted. ;)
