Google has launched 'racial equity training' for its employees, with one session asserting that America is based on a 'system of white supremacy' where babies learn to be racist at three months old.

I really didn’t become a racist until I turned like mid 40’s after having had black neighbors for the last 11 years. While I have ONE black family that is amazing, the rest however are the stereotypical black family that destroys your property and peace of mind by breaking into your house and garage and stealing the things they think they can pawn.

After the last break in I put signs up with cameras saying I will not be going to the police. I will be coming to you.

That more or less stopped a lot of the nonsense.

I would tell them if they fire me because of my skin color I'll sue their asses off, and I'm not going to apologize for the way I was born.
