The security detail at the Royal Lodge in Windsor has accepted documents detailing a sexual abuse lawsuit against Prince Andrew by one of the victims of sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. His response is due soon in a US court.

Process server Cesar Augusto Sepulveda attested that he successfully served the documents on August 27, according to an affidavit that surfaced Friday. It says the Duke of York did not accept the papers personally, but the Metropolitan Police Office and the head of security at The Royal Lodge in Windsor, England did.

The security detail at the Royal Lodge in Windsor has accepted documents detailing a sexual abuse lawsuit against Prince Andrew by one of the victims of sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. His response is due soon in a US court.

Process server Cesar Augusto Sepulveda attested that he successfully served the documents on August 27, according to an affidavit that surfaced Friday. It says the Duke of York did not accept the papers personally, but the Metropolitan Police Office and the head of security at The Royal Lodge in Windsor, England did.

The document surfaced in court filings ahead of the initial pretrial conference before US District Judge Lewis Kaplan in New York, scheduled for September 13.

Andrew Albert Christian Edward, the Duke of York, is accused by Virginia Giuffre of sexual assault, battery and inflicting emotional distress on her. Giuffre’s lawsuit alleges that she was abused by Prince Andrew on multiple occasions while she was under the age of 18, including at the London home of Ghislaine Maxwell and at Epstein’s mansion in New York.

I had to beat the crap out of people at concerts all the time.

One time we were working a concert at the Cubby Bear Lounge across the street from Wrigley Field.

Myself and another guy on the crew were standing in front of sound board. This guy bumped into me and we both almost fell on the soundboard.

I grabbed him and he said, "Hey man, I was pushed." I look right and this kid is pushing his way thru the crowd. I reached out and popped him in the head.

It turned out his sister was right behind him. She started slapping me in the face. Then he started hitting me in the head.

I pushed her away from me and them reached out and put my arm around this kids neck and pulled him in close so he couldn't hit me any more.

Then I started pushing him toward the front door. He tried to turn on me twice and I pushed him both times.

So I said, "Go ahead and turn around again." He did and I gave him an open palm left right in the kisser. He flew into the doorway and Archie grabbed him by the hair on top of his head and winged him out the door.

We had a guy standing on a chair by the door that went down to dressing room. When he saw that he hollered, "Pancake face!"

Then that girl tried to kick me in the nuts from behind. She couldn't do it. I turned and grabbed her by the blouse and threw her out right after him.

It was a good thing I had tight cheeks. But our other guy should have grabbed her instead of just following after her.

The woosie called his mother. She came in there wanting to take notes. I told her, "You can't do a thing about it. I am Security here. They were both hitting me. I could have charged them both with battery. I just threw them out. Count your blessings and leave now." ;)

As I said, I still had the option to press battery charges on both of them. That is a felony charge and they would have either had to hire lawyers to defend them or get the Public Pretender to do it. ;)

The criminal case was resolved. Don't know if the prince was mentioned in that.

She's claiming she was unwilling but doesn't say whether she so infomed Andrew.
