Can you imagine 68 Ferraris hitting the streets of Austin on the same day with all driven by teenage boys? The traffic cops would go wild but first they would have to catch them. You could pay for one Ferrari if you had dash cams on the Ferraris and had access to the dash cam footage from the cop cars.

Austin can no longer "afford" cops for traffic law enforcement, instead, they've installed speed bumps throughout this shit-hole city.

You can imagine what they would do to the undercarriage of any true sports car...
