Biden administration now wants the man to be treated as a domestic terrorist

A father named Scott Smith was arrested for trying to speak at a school board meeting after his 9th-grade daughter was molested in a school bathroom by a male-to-female transgender student wearing a skirt back in May.

The transgender boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, but the district allowed him to attend another school where he allegedly molested another girl.
