Oooooh, I'm about to make your day, comrade. According to Google translate, the Eastern European shithole where this occurred, is charging the three 'heroes' that stopped the mayhem with what amounts to conspiracy to commit murder with bodily injury since they acted in unison and are being held without bail. The company is being sanctioned for negligence and failing to secure their equipment and may lose their permits to operate.
The 'bad guy' apparently suffered a sprained wrist and a cut finger and is not being charged.
Sorry that someone standing up for what is right scared you so badly. Better get used to it, Mr. Know-It-All, take a look at what is happening with Southwest Airlines, In-N-Out Burger, cops and others. You can only push people so far until they snap.

When we worked for Illinois State Highways in winter we would have a truck parked inside with a scoop of cold patch on it for emergency pot holes.
One night they called us out. We took the truck with cold patch on it out to the location. I was driving the asphalt truck. In winter you would get a film of water under the asphalt. When we got to the location a couple of the guys would get out of crew cab.
One of the guys was directing me to lift the body. I knew it was at a critical angle and if the load broke loose it would all hit the pavement. So I had my hand on the lever.
When I heard the load start to slide I pushed on the lever. Just enough asphalt fell off the end of the tailgate to fill the hole.
The guy who was directing me hollered at me, "That was perfect!"
Experience goes a long way and I am very lucky to recall this very old story. ;)

When I drove the big truck out of Chicago area we were driving north on I-65 in southern Indiana.
This truck pulling a flat bed trailer got on the highway. There were two back hoes on the trailer.
The first bridge they went under the two back hoe booms hit the bridge. It sheared off all eight 2 inch pins on both back hoes. Traffic was stopped.
You know when the state troopers got out there they wrote some big tickets on the driver.
Stupid is as stupid does. ;)
