Funny. But regarding the cigarettes the hapless darkie was selling when the pigs murdered him: I do seem to recall that the murderers' employer alleged that the cigs were "untaxed" -- but unless the darkie stole them, he would have already paid taxes on them. Gov's calling the cigs "untaxed" was a psy-op to create the impression that the man they murdered was a criminal.

Ah, you are clearly unversed in the newest legal category, the "value added victim". It arises from the same school of thought as "social justice", "critical theory", and "undocumented citizen".

By applying contradictory adjectives, words can mean whatever we want them to mean. The trick is to get the commoners to forget that these words once had meaning.
