NYPD and FDNY Poised to Become the Victims of Mandates

By SRC Guest Editor - Oct 28, 2021

A street cop shortage and shuttered fire companies could become the new normal in New York City as a vaccine mandate is poised to force many firefighters and police officers out of their jobs.

New York City is already descending into a wasteland and now the city is looking to punish those they called “heroes” who went to work day in and day out when the virus “raged” and no vaccines were available.

This surely can’t be about safety.

The New York Post reports:

THE FDNY IS PREPARING TO SHUTTER AS MANY AS 20 PERCENT OF ALL BIG APPLE FIRE COMPANIES — AND TAKE AN EQUAL PORTION OF ITS AMBULANCES OFF THE STREETS — AHEAD OF THE IMPENDING DEADLINE FOR ALL CITY WORKERS TO BE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19.

ON WEDNESDAY, THE FDNY SAID JUST 65 PERCENT OF ITS FIREFIGHTERS, FIRE OFFICERS AND EMS WORKERS HAD BEEN VACCINATED DESPITE MAYOR BILL DE BLASIO’S ORDER THAT ALL CITY WORKERS RECEIVE AT LEAST ONE DOSE OR FACE SUSPENSION WITHOUT PAY ON MONDAY.

“THE DEPARTMENT MUST MANAGE THE UNFORTUNATE FACT THAT A PORTION OF OUR WORKFORCE HAS REFUSED TO COMPLY WITH A VACCINE MANDATE FOR ALL CITY EMPLOYEES,” FIRE COMMISSIONER DANIEL NIGRO SAID IN A STATEMENT LATER WEDNESDAY.

“WE WILL USE ALL MEANS AT OUR DISPOSAL, INCLUDING MANDATORY OVERTIME, MUTUAL AID FROM OTHER EMS PROVIDERS AND SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULES OF OUR MEMBERS,” NIGRO CONTINUED. “WE WILL ENSURE THE CONTINUITY OF OPERATIONS AND SAFETY OF ALL THOSE WE HAVE SWORN OATHS TO SERVE.”

A judge on Staten Island has denied a police union’s request to temporarily halt a vaccine mandate on November 1.

I am not too sure of the outcome of any of this insanity.

Let that city burn. In fact, let all the cities who demand our police and fire people take that vaccine burn. Let the riots begin, let the violence begin. Because it will be when those who have been silent will quietly, and abruptly put an end to all of the bullshit.

I can tell you right now in my area there are a lot of truly angry people of all colors who are tired of the violence. They want to do something, but they are terribly afraid of reprisal not just from the criminals, but the cops and the city.

I foresee a time of horrible lawlessness, and a very abrupt course correction when the citizens start running all the criminals out of town, including those bureaucrats that made all the violence happen.

That may be coming soon, after what I saw in the stores Tuesday. The sheep are going to stampede.

I don't see that happening unless we get the 350,000 pissed off .mil on our side. The Bidet "voters" would have to be disposed of in that scenario also. I've got no problem with that.

Yes very good flick. It is about these kids in High School who turn into resistance fighters with the help of an American F-15 pilot who was shot down in a five to one disadvantage. He got four of them first.

The movie was about the start of WW III.

In a scene where he was describing what happened, the kids were asking if there was anyone on their side since Europe decided to sit this one out.

The pilot told them, "Great Britain, but they won't last long. And 600 million screaming Chinese."

One of the kids said, "I thought there were a billion Chinese." The pilot replied, "That was before they got nuked." ;)

It's OK, maybe a bit improbable. Here's What B is talking about...

The PC remake (2012) is atrocious (I can't believe I spelled that right the first time). I guess the Chinks forced Hollyweird to change the enemy to the Norks (no, I don't watch a lot of movies, I'm paid to understand the psyops APW1).

I could tell you a little about the Russian 'invasion' in Afgookistan. It wasn't an 'invasion' the Rooskies were invited in. Raytheon ain't gonna sell many ungodly expensive weapons systems with the wrong narrative.

My Dad died working at Raytheon (Magnavox) in 1976. I spent one of my early birthdays at his funeral. If you're standing opposed to me, you'll meet your maker soon. That's why I don't go out much, I don't want to spend another night in jail for dusting off some misguided Karen.

I don't have any dogs anymore, but I still lock the gates on the wire (fence). I don't do it because I'm afraid. I do it to protect idiots from me. Last time I shot somebody it cost my homeowners insurance $250,000 to his ex-family. He would've gone to prison, but I've always been an overachiever.

Sounds pretty grim. Is it actually anti-commie? Do any neocon or RINO jingoists in the cast call the Europeans 'surrender monkeys' >l-)

I dunno, maybe. Were they there? Why would a bathroom magazine invade a foreign country?

Take it easy, man. We're friends here, except for that "one" guy.

(Edit) I guess I should get up to the bordello. Alex Jones is getting fussy, he thinks we're having an affair. Gawd, he's such a pussy.

Just trying to make everyone paranoid wondering if they're the one.

This is Canada's fault. I'm not allowed to go there, they shouldn't be allowed to seduce me with their whiskey.

I know better than to do that Kentucky stuff. Somebody always shows up talking about my "purdy" lips. Having had all my teeth knocked out, doesn't help the situation any.

I'm 24 going on 18. God help me if anybody explains gravity to me. Won't take much more than a Q-Tip to clean up the mess.

explains gravity

Sir Isaac Newton figured out gravity when sitting under an apple tree. An apple fell off the tree and hit him in the head. ;)
