Kyle short three WHITE, killed two. They want a conviction. If they do not get one the feds will go after Kyle on the under age gun issue. They want their pound of flesh.

The age issue relates to a state law. Feds can't touch him on that, unless there's some kind of fed law about minors and guns.

But they could go after him on the murder charges. They did that to the cops in the Rodney King affair after the cops were acquitted of state charges.
