Kamala in Charge as Biden Transfers Power To Veep
'Only 40 percent of voters surveyed agreed with the statement that Biden is in good health...'

It had the potential to be the colonoscopy that brought down a nation, or least sent it into a dizzying, er, tailspin.
Vice President Kamala Harris found herself temporarily in charge of the country early Friday morning, when President Joe Biden went under anesthesia for a colonoscopy as part of his annual physical, reported the Daily Mail.
But while given control, she wasnt exactly handed the keys to the office; the White House said Harris would work out of her office in the West Wing, meaning she will not be in the Oval Office as she assumes presidential power.
Harris brief stint with presidential power came as reports swirled about a growing rift between Biden and Harris, with the Veep being jettisoned as part of the fallout. The White House denied any problems existed, and insisted that both Biden and Harris were content with their respective performances.
Thats in sharp contrast to the growing public discontent with both Biden and Harris, as their poll numbers continue to plummet. Particularly relevant to the timing of the 79-year-old Bidens annual physical, voters are increasingly doubtful about Bidens health and mental fitness.
Only 40 percent of voters surveyed agreed with the statement that Biden is in good health, while 50 percent disagreed, according to a Politico/Morning Consult poll.
And that was before the presidents big anesthesia slumber for a colonoscopy.
As required by section three of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution, Biden will sign a letter to the president pro tempore of the Senate and the speaker of the House of Representatives saying he is unable to discharge his duties while under anesthesia and designate Harris, according to the Daily Mail.
Biden will send them another letter upon the conclusion of the procedure, noting he has resumed his duties of office. Biden underwent the physical and colonoscopy at Walter Reed Military Center.
White House mouthpiece Jen Psaki said the same process was the case when President George W. Bush had the same procedure in 2002 and 2007.
Well, not exactly; former Vice President Dick Cheney actually had the gravitas, experience and knowledge to handle the temporary presidential authority he was handed.
Harris should stick to cupcakes and tree equity.

As a reminder -- I've said this before, and y'all heard it from me first -- The Whore will then appoint Obama as vice president, then she'll resign (or be resigned), and Obama will be HHNIC again.

It was optimism; they were hoping that if they found his head and pulled it out it might function better.

I told this guy at a concert that if he didn't disappear into the crowd I would stick his head so far up his ass he would be able to see his tonsils.
His eyes glazed over, his GF grabbed his arm and dragged him away. That was the last I seen of him. LOL

Who told you that?
"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, ..." -- US Constitution, 22nd Amendment, Section 1
Not that fedgov pays any attention to the constitution when doing so would hinder their robbing and boot-stomping us mundanes, but the constitution as written would not prohibit Obama from taking that odious office under the circumstances I described.

Until a few weeks ago, I thought the Hildebeast would be a possibility along with Obama. Then I saw a picture of her and Bill on a beach (in Europe, I believe?) and she looked a lot like a beached whale that had already died and was decomposing. She looked so bad that one of her doubles would have to play the public part, and I doubt that Deep State could rely on somebody to do that well.

There is the Constitutional limitation of an individual not serving more than two terms as POTUS. That could be a fly in the ointment.
I am not a constitutional scholar, so you might need a brighter mind than mine on this subject. ;)
I found this:

FedGov laughs at us when we talk about the constitution. They make up the rules as they go, and follow them only when in their favor.
The US constitution was conceived by elitists to institute the authoritarian central government under which we have long suffered.
If you bring a baby tiger into your home, it doesn't matter how many rules you lay down to limit its behaviour. When it eventually grows big enough and powerful enough, it will eat you and all your children.

Not sure if they have or not. But you would need a good constitutional lawyer to present the case.
Also, check the article I just posted. ;)

I read somewhere that if POTUS issues any E.O.s they automatically suspend the Consitution.
I do not recall that very clearly because the meningitis wiped out so much memory.
But then I know many things that you likely have no idea about how those facts affect us all. ;)
