I find it amazing the U.S. has not hardened the electronics systems of their fighters and the U.S. Navy of their ships.

Would it be so awfully expensive to retrofit the equipment? ;)

The info I followed resulted in a conclusion that it didn't happen, but who knows? It's certainly something the US navy would want branded as fake.
