In-person visits climbed 48% from a year ago while trailing 2019 traffic by 28%.

So, what percentage of those were paying "visits?"

I used to work at a website in San Jose. A guy there tried to explain to me that he knew they were losing $5 on every order. But that they were building a base of loyal customers for the future.

They went belly up.
