But instead of just suddenly and summarily striking all the long-deceased from the voter rolls, they should use a more gradual approach. Start off with a small change, say, limit dead voters to only 3-4 votes per election. Over time reduce that to only one vote per corpse per election, and then -- depending on how many cities they've burned to the ground -- maybe consider not letting the dead vote at all.
