A Very Merry Christmas to you, titorite an to the whole forum.
Guess you can consider yourself blessed to have spent Christmas Eve with family that would not have found itself irked to read anything you've posted here.
Despite all the nonsense we've been through, it's been a great year in many ways.
Merry Christmas to everyone! Me and the kids are enjoying the holiday. Got a new puppy so that brings my number of kids to 4. Its been a great day and a lot of happiness as a result of having a new shepherd pup tearing up my house, and destroying everything. In about a year shell be an amazing dog. Right now, shes too cute for me to get mad at.
Hope the rest of you have a happy holiday and a wonderful new year.
A former neighbor had a Pit Bull bitch that had puppies. They asked me to take a puppy. I refused since puppies want to piss and shit everywhere until they are house trained. And that would be added expense too to feed the dog. I can barely feed myself. ;)
I like Sen. Hayseed. I might make him an honorary HoosierHick. I'm a little miffed that Marsha Blackburn didn't swing by on her way home to Tennessee, though.
Our 25 gathered here for a perfect feast and good fun today. Tractor rides and gifts for the children. Mrs. StraitGate got a couple of fifths of the good stuff, and I got enough chocolate to last for at least a couple of months unless I go coco-crazy, which has been known to happen.
Our twin daughters -- both married for over a year now -- still don't have any children yet. So today I revived the $1000 cash incentive that we used for the first few daughters. That worked pretty good; the first two have a dozen between 'em, even though the initial incentive expired after the first three or four. In Biden bucks I guess we should up it to $1400 or so?
Lod, you are four years older than I am. I was a Freshman in 1969. Sadly, many of my classmates have gone to the great beyond as I am sure have yours.
I told them on the Chicago Outfit Facebook page that I went to High School with a kid named Cullotta. But I doubted his family had any connections to the mob. Frank Cullotta was in charge of the skim in Las Vegas for the Outfit.
I heard that kid Cullotta has three teenage boys and I bet they are a handful. ;)
What [languages] they? Fox, Doll, and Piece of Pie?
Well, she's certainly qualified for those three, but I'd guess whatever language they speak in Yugoslavia (Slovenia), English and either French or German (educated guess) given her time in the fashion industry.
She's a lovely and dignified gal on the order of Nancy Reagan, but I'm holding out for Marsha Blackburn.
I advised them of the increased incentive and they both said "Sounds great!" They do that a lot -- say the same thing at the same time. When babies they developed their own language that only their 3-year older sister could interpret. They're biologically identical, but they're different in some interesting ways. Ones drives a pickup truck (Silverado 1500) exclusively; they other drives a Toyota Avalon. Truck gal can cook pretty well, but little car gal can't boil water.

I picked up a load of charcoal that was going to Florida. The guy on forklift had to go back to the office for something.
There was an open pallet of chuck charcoal. I grabbed four bags and threw them up in the tractor.
After I pulled out of there with the load, I called my co-driver, "Come get this charcoal." He did. You always take care of your co-driver if at all possible. ;)

I'll put in the extra 400 bux. Better tell 'em to hurry up. The offer expires when I do.

Should I dignify that with a reply? That opinion is rather uncouth.
I just recalled working Amy Grant in Chicago. They were nice people but stupid as a storm. ;)
