This guy makes a good point when he says Biden doesn't know what it means. We've been assuming this whole time that Biden repeated the phrase during the live call because he is mentally AWOL, but it could alternatively be the case that no one on his staff or his own family ever told him about it, and he doesn't watth any news at all. They could be shielding Biden from this entire rally cry that's been going on for the past 2 months.
