STARTS AT one minute.

My plan is that companies no longer test their products. They give the drug and the placebos for free to university hospitals and to clinicians willing to test the drug. They determine what works. This will reduce costs for legitimate companies and allow more innovation as small companies could get into business with a new drug that might actually work.
