The "bullshit" is first of all that we're going to move goods and people from A to B without emissions. That is just ludicrous slop fed to a zero information audience through a sub-par, enslaved press machine.

Secondarily, the WH invites all the old line auto mfr's for some big deal EV conference and doesn't ask Tesla (an important fed contractor BTW) to attend. This ain't no dogshit off my loafers really, but I wonder what that's about.

And what's there to see in your garage, Esso? you keeping an adult trike in the for when the fuel runs out?

I've got a dead 3 y/o, actually 4 y/o, it's been dead for a year, parts are supposedly coming, electric lawn tractor RM480e (Home Depot) and a 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4cyl with just a hair over 9,500 miles on it. The shop is empty of vehicles, I gave my '93 GMC Sonoma to my pseudo-adopted son, Sling Blade, 59,000 miles.

In later life, I didn't get paid to drive, just work.

I am looking for an old bug to fix up. Can't find one at a a price.

I went through three of them when I was in school. Used to pretend they were Ferraris. I got good at pulling those engines out. : )

I was having a problem getting pages to load. Oil's up about $10, gold's up $70, stonks are down, not too bad yet. Something's goin on. I thought a nuke hit for awhile.

Well lemme just build my own EV because to be honest, if I wanted something that would catch on fire from GM, I already had that once with a Pontiac Firebird. Literally burned to the ground. I still have my wrangler. Soon it will be on the road gulping down gas at 20 bucks an hour while I hunt the wastelands for mutants brought about by nuclear fallout. God I cannot wait for that future where my biggest worries in life are clean water, fuel, and food. A simple life I asked for. I just did not specify whether or not I wanted it in a well adjusted livable world, or a post apocalyptic nightmare.

Time to put on that Leather Banana Hammock and body armor made of tires and metal.
