It does matter. One ill educated low IQ female on the court is enough although could be worse, I suppose, if she turns out to be as malicious as Garland.

Its a stupid question for a judge. Most of us may think Lia Thomas is a male yet other consider him a woman. More troubling is that she was unable to discuss the Dred Scott decision.

Unlikely the question will come before the SUPREMES. Not unusual for people to pretend to be something they are not. 100 years ago blacks (according to the "one drop rule") would pretend to be white. Today, whites with low SAT scores pretend to be black in order to get into prestige universities. Pocahantas got her job by pretending to be an indian.

Nobody AFAIK asked her any questions about whether she interpreted the Bill of Rights narrowly or broadly.
