I don't know how you guys do it,

I can recall some really bad snowstorms both in Chicago and while driving trucks OTR.

One time we were stuck for two days during a blizzard at Sapp Brothers truck stop in Evanston, Wyoming.

When we were finally able to get out of there, we had to go straight to the drop in California. Driving thru Nevada, you could hear the whore houses on the CB, "Drivers, stop in for a quick one." My co-driver was married, so even if we had time, it was likely we would not have stopped.

I told that story here when I was living in Bristol Manor and the Manager (a woman) said, "What's this about quickies?" Well, that is not what I said. You hear what you want to hear. ;)
