CNN political commentator Chris Cillizza recently took to Twitter to tell the world of his recent encounter with a couple who refused to wear masks while on a plane and had been watching Tucker Carlson's Fox News show the entire time.

"Couple in front of me on flight refused to wear masks," Cillizza said Friday night. "They were tuned to 'Tucker' the whole time," he added on Twitter.

Cillizza covers national politics, including the White House and Congress. He reports under the brand "The Point with Chris Cillizza," a political commentary show on CNN's official YouTube channel. With segment titles like "What does Majorie Taylor Greene do all day?" and "Elon Musk is no role model," Cillizza casts the light of his liberal opinion onto hot topics of the current news cycle.

But unfortunately for the regularly mocked pundit, that light was not well received when it came to the viral tweet regarding Cillizza's fellow passengers. Instead, numerous Twitter users replied, mocking Cillizza's reaction.

Definitely fake news. Never happened, just a feeble attempt to tie anti-maskers to Fox News.

Can't say I blame him - CNN ratings down 90% over the last year.

Kimda creepy that a grown man would spy on other adults.

Sex Pistols

I never worked them back in the 80s or 90s.

I read the bassist, Sid Vicious killed himself with an overdose.

That has happened to quite a few of them.

I knew a guy that would deliver a quarter ounce of blow to the Rolling Stones dressing room before every show. But that just seems like a warmup for Jagger. ;)

Tom Snyder said my Chinaware looked like it belonged in the 60s. I was aghast, I try to keep up with trends. What is a poor hillbilly redneck to do?

Sid was a moron, but the destruction of the band was not just on him, they all played a part. Normally I wouldn't give a rats sphincter, but it is similar to what is going on in my job.

We all like to work with people we like, and if there is an opening, hooray, let's get our buddy a job. If only I was a carnie, running Ferris Wheels, lol. Don't go over 60% throttle.

But no, we got Excel and shit, 200,000 records need filter, profit margin overtime. Don't sleep, don't dream, don't eat until you get it done, fat boy!

(Ok, this is my critique of corporal Amarecivca, it was meant as humor)

the van

When we worked for Illinois State Highways, one day we decided to pull into Beck's Lake Forest Preserve.

There was a van parked there in the middle of the day. We pulled up alongside with the diesel rumbling.

A couple minutes later a guy peeked out the curtain. He smiled and went back to it. It was a humpin' van. LOL

I can't say for sure that it is fake, but come on. I mean this CNN "Journalist" just happened to be on a flight where this occurred?

Smells fishy to me knowing CNN's reputation of consistently lying.

A story like this, real or not helps push their agenda.

You don't wear a mask and watch FOX? Then of course you're a MAGA hat-wearing anti-vaxxer Trump supporter who hates democracy.

CNN constantly spews this kind of BS to its mindless viewers who are gullible sheep and is desperately trying to hang on to their dwindling viewership since their rating have dropped 90% in the last year so yeah, I'm skeptical.

Not insane...confused, most likely suffering from Dementia/Alzheimer's. I had an uncle who went through that.

I'd guess Biden is somewhere between stage 3 and 4.

4. Moderate decline. They'll have more problems with making plans and remembering recent events. They may have a hard time with traveling and handling money.

5. Moderately severe decline. They may not remember their phone number or their grandchildren's names. They may be confused about the time of day or day of the week. At this point, they’ll need assistance with some basic day-to-day functions, such as picking out clothes to wear.

Biden's recent comments on Sanctions not being a deterrent is a good example. Just weeks ago he said they were a deterrent, and now he is angrily admonishing reporters and anyone else who asks claiming that he never said they were.

Just my opinion.

Yeah, I had to load my mother into my girlfriend's car's back seat and unload her finally at the Visiting Nurse Hospice in '14, after having to take her to her MD, and then Parkview hospital for a second okey-dokey. A hard day.

She was somewhat cognizant, but in so much pain. I kept her in the house she loved so much as long as I could. I kept the promise and the faith as long as I could.

It's hard killing your mother.

Yeah right, Lady Antebellum. They caveed to the woke mob a couple years ago during the "Summer of Love".

Now they go by lady A. Actually they didn't cave, they did it on their own to show solidarity with BLM.

I'm sure their fans didn't really care but they virtue signaled their support for the riots.

Same thing with the Dixie Chicks, now they go by just the Chicks. That was around the same time as they did away with Uncle Ben and Aunt Jemima and canceled Eskimo pies.

I just like the sound from years ago. I'm not going to whine about what should've been. Everybody caved into the Marxist bullshit, they had to. I'm not going to play the cancel bullshit game from a decade ago.

I know how the game works. A I supposed to "cancel" Metallica because they played in Moscow in 2019?

Fuck that, I'm a man.

(Edit) I really appreciate your posts of late. You're on track, a patriot. The past is the past, I'm not looking to be a "victim" and I'm sure you're not either.

FWIW, that video was from 2011, long before the country/world lost its mind.

Everybody caved into the Marxist bullshit, they had to.

Actually no, they didn't have to. They all made a deliberate choice to appease the SJW mob, no one forced them to.

How many fans of Lady A are black or BLM supporters?

They should have remained silent and kept their name, or even better, denounce BLM and the riots.

I doubt that Johnny Cash or Waylon Jennings would have done what Lady A did.

Kid Rock, Nugent...they stood their ground.

I'm not going to play the cancel bullshit game from a decade ago.

I'm not calling for anyone's cancellation...I just think that their stunt didn't gain them any fans and probably cost them quite a few.

Yeah man. I'm 100% behind them. I wasn't a fan of their music, but they're showing their true colors. I think Ted did a stint on "Miami Vice" in the 80s if I'm not mistaken.

I found it, it was Ted, 1986 ...

Apparently Ted might have had more involvement than the episode "Definately Miami" it seems the name of one of his albums is called "Little Miss Dangerous" which is the name of another "Vice" episode.

I used to own a bar. Every Friday night there was "Miami Vice" parties. Used to be a huge draw. Dress up and everything.

Michael Mann was a hell of a producer/director (MV, Thief, Heat, Manhunter, etc.). Had a great eye. Really liked clearance lights on trucks for some reason.

Best Miami Vice song ever IMHO...

From the show...

I loved the 80s.

I agree.."Heat" is still one of my favorites. He also did "Ford v Ferrari", "Hancock " (funny as heck).

Best Miami Vice song ever IMHO...

Glen Frey from the Eagles had a few songs on the show...this one stands out:

Cheech Marin from Cheech and Chong was pretty good comic relief in MV...He's done tons of voice over work and played the part of the golf pro/instructor Romeo Posar in "Tin Cup", hilarious movie even if you don't like golf.

I loved the 80s.

What's not to like, musically at least...after disco died and before rap/hip hop became a thing.

OK, Freefall. I wasn't around for the first run.
