That is planting day in Ukraine. Also a Communist holiday. I think Putin should exempt all Ukrainians from taxes in the territory he controls. He can pay for it by the increase in the price of oil and natural gas. Let NATO pick up the tab for taxes in the few cities they control.

The gas pipelines go thru Ukraine and Russia supplies about 40% of gas to Europe. ;)
