I suppose a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. But in the old days the workers on sugar cane plantations would suck on the cane. The plantation owners would eat refined sugar. The plantation owners developed diabetes, but the workers did not. That explains a lot of health problems today.

BTW, Type 2 diabetes is a metabolic issue. Being overweight is a large part of the problem.

I work with a guy who has a Buddha belly. He is Type 2 diabetic. If he gets low blood sugar, he must drink a soda with High Fructose corn syrup to get his blood sugar stabilized. ;)

High Fructose corn syrup almost sounds like a cure being worse than the disease.

He should do some searching on the internet. I've read Type 2 is curable, (and possibly even Type 1 with systemic enzymes). I remember a man, might have been a doctor, who cured his father's Type II by having him follow up his regular shower with a cold shower for 30 seconds. It builds up the brown fat which fights diabetes.

I also read about a young woman over 400 pounds with diabetes, and her doctor said if she didn't lose weight she would die...soon. He put her on a raw food diet...EVERYTHING raw. It worked. The "water cure" (half your weight in ounces of water with a pinch of good sea salt) is supposed to help heal diabetes as well.

In at least one of the links I have posted, it was mentioned that Disney (was it the one in California?) was laid at an intersection of ley lines at 33 degrees north latitude. I found that interesting. The 33rd parallel is called the parallel of death or something like that. A lot of nefarious activities happen there.
