The previous meter reading program faced the following challenges:

Did not allow for timely detection of water leaks. Leaks that go unnoticed can cause expensive water bills and/or property damage.

Many of the meters were approaching the end of their useful life and needed to be replaced.

Manually reading water meters was physically demanding on CBU employees and required a fleet of trucks on the roads daily.

Smart water meters address all of these challenges.

What are Smart Water Meters and how do they work? Smart Water Meters collect water use information just as a manually read meter does. The fundamental advantage is they read every hour and transmit those reads wirelessly every 4 hours to CBU via base stations. I intend to go over to the Sheriff's office here in town and file a complaint about my missing firearms. They have investigators who will contact various pawn shops in nearby areas. Living in a police state may cause some people anxiety. In some cases extreme resistance may occur. I'm sure that some of the resistance measures may seem questionable to the authorities as do these invasive measures they deem necessary in order to remove the human connections employed currently to read the meters.

The systematic removal of the need for humans to interact is blatantly obvious while being carried out silently. The end result will be the least desirable outcome. Many freedom loving people know that the Constitution is being used to wipe the asses of the same politicians that take oaths to uphold it. A warrant issued by a court after consideration of a judge is the requirement when a "CRIME" is charged.

Esso, we have water meters here in the part of Texas where I hang out that are wireless without having to enter the premises to install a wire. I wasn't aware of the dangers of 5G before when they put the wireless water meters in. They are away from the homes and not wired to the house but to the meter that is away from the home under the manhole cover under ground.

They are now trying to install wireless electric meters that will be attached to the home. In Texas we have the ability to keep our analog meters if we're willing to "pay" additional amount to cover a meter reader and a surcharge to keep the old meter. I'm going to sue these fucktards for trying to charge me for their advantage and a metering system that actually cheats the customer while at the same time monitoring every "smart" device in the home. All of this totalitarian bullshit is dependent on 5G.

The new electric meters will also give readings in real time where the electric company may shut off power when they deem it necessary. Not to mention that 5G will be DEVASTATING to those who got the clot shot (I just read that somewhere in the last day or two), and can sicken those who are not, even to death. And since it appears the blood of those who got the clot shot looks almost identical to those who are exposed to smart meters, it's not hard to imagine they are planning an extinction event for Americans on the day of their choosing.
