I realized they went off the deep end when I found out they're multiplexing the wiring in cars. For example, one common wire controls all four windows. I guess each window switch has a microcontroller in it to operate the microcontroller in each specific window motor.

Cranks work fine for me.

With that, I think I'll gear up and see if I can get that stupid electric tractor mobile. I hope I can do it without having to pull the battery pack out.
