Did I hear her right? She's buying another dog to keep her other dog company while she runs off to Commiefornia? It's never a bad idea to have at least two dawgs, being pack animals, but buying another dog so you can run off doesn't seem like such a good idea.

Maybe I heard wrong, but if the ditz is heading to Cali, probably not.

My sister is over being mad at me, she's getting another dog to take care of until it's adopted, I can't think what that's called right this second. She's got one that needs $4/lb dog food. I don't eat that well.

Fostering is taking care of pets that will eventually be adopted by someone else. I don't see how people do that. Maybe in another life I'll have a thousand acres and a bazillion dollars to adopt all God's critters that need a loving home.

When I lived in my sister's attic flat in Chicago, I went downstairs to visit. She was drunk and talking about going out driving. I hid her keys.

After she got that bug out of her ass I said, "Oh look, here's your keys."

After she died from cancer eight years ago, she left all her retirement money to some animal welfare league. Oh well, screw her brother. :-/
