if Germans can't drink beer.

We used to get those tall bottles of German beer in Chicago. After you popped the bottle cap, you would put a tall glass over the top of the bottle and then turn it over and let the beer out slowly. The beer contained a lot of yeast, and this method kept the foam from getting out of control. ;)
