I see what you have posted.

I mean to tell you that my Security Agreemwnt is on file with Missouri Secretary of State in the UCC Division. That fact alone makes me the Secured Party and my claim takes Priority over all others. Once a tax bill from IRS or Missouri Dept of Revenue is presented, an Assignment of Account can be sent by Certified Mail w/Return Receipt. This presentment then "pays" the tax. The IRS knows what these Assignments are, but these dumb hicks in Missouri sent the tax bill again. I wrote them back and told them, "The Assignment of Account IS the payment of the tax. Failure to zero the account will lead to a Default Judgment against the Director." A Default Judgment is Treble Damages and that will stand in any court of law.

My retired Conservator claims the Assignment is a phony account. But she has not studied the commercial process. I have and the Assignments are a valid form of payment. It says right in the heading, "THIS IS A VALUABLE DOCUMENT".

I had two liens by IRS on file in Laclede County (Lebanon) where I lived when driving trucks. I call the Recorder's office. They said, "Send a check for $4 and SASE and we will send copies."

I had credit repair lawyers in Salt Lake City, Lexington Law, challenge the IRS. They could not prove I owed the tax and were forced to withdraw the liens. My Credit Karma used to say "2" for Public Filings and now it says "0". The proof is in the pudding. ;)
