I was awake from midnight until about 2:30AM last night because some idiot was playing Fast and Furious doing burnouts (drifting for 4 5 6 minutes at a time) with open exhaust, guessing MoPar Hemi, but may have been newer Corvette/Camaro. Probably MoPar, they have gained popularity with idiot ghetto drug dealers in recent years. Since IMPD has no interest in preserving peace and quiet for taxpayers, can you advise which spike strips would be most effective?
