The Uganda president speculated that his country's low Covid rate was due to widespread antimalarials distributed in his country, but Brazil also distributed antimalarials. And I doubt whether the antimalarial distribution reaches into the deep interior of the sub Saharan countries

Another phenomenon was the lack of Covid in the fetid slums of India. These slumdwellers had one thing in common with the subSaharan Africans: a very low average age.

Africa has low cost drug manufacturers. Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine are both available over the counter. People need them to treat malaria and insect borne diseases that can cause blindness. Don't worry about the government distributing these two products. People will buy them because they need them to protect themselves from serious illnesses. Capitalism is far superior to distributing products for our health if they are in demand.

Brazil has a a vaxx rate on 79% according to Google. They will be dying like flies within 2 years.

Subsaharan Africa might have antimalarials available but I doubt distribution extends deep into the bush country. Same goes for the slums of Mumbai and Calcutta. And even if cheap the very poor would not be able to afford them unless they were distributed free by the governments which was unlikely.

Wasn't climate that saved the subsaharan Africans because Brazil has a similar climate. Wasn't race because Africans living in Europe and North America contracted Covid at the same rate as other races.

Remember that initially Covid was a disease that attacked the elderly until the mRNA extended it to the younger folk. But until then hardly any young people came down with it.

I have seen documentaries of remote villages with free market beauty products in impoverished countries. As I said, Africa has local producers who make cheap products for Africans.

I agree the major difference is the high vaxx rate in Brazil at 79%.

It does not give covid. It destroys the immune system so cancer rates triple and diseases like covid are easily caught and spread.

Destroying the immune system takes a while. AFAIK not an immediate result of the jab. And AFAIK Covid does not attack young people.
