I lived in a tool shed in Arizona for a couple of months when I was moving my sister across country in 2001. Rent was cheap but the $80 water bill made the total to $100 a month.

Yeah digging a well is no small feat, and it’s expensive as all get out. Prices have gone up and given the fact that AZ is turning into a shit show, I am not entirely sure it’s a good place to ride out the coming civil war. Especially if Mexico wants to take the land back, which THEY WILL if they haven’t already.

May have to think about Tennessee, that is if the corrupt nature of the Midwest is something I can tolerate.

Water restrictions are allowing government stooges to treat property owners very badly. They charge you a fee of $300 for having a well. And want to charge you for using your own well water! (That is in California.)
