As I see it, the visit isn't going to change the CCP's position on Taiwan in any way whatsoever. They've been licking their chops over the country for the last 70+ years, jealous over their enormous economic prosperity which communism can't prouce. Pelosi may well have had business interests in going there given their big recent stock investment, but what needs to happen is the US needs to drop all this "One China Policy" nonsense and take the same position on Taiwan as our founders took with England in the D of I, and tell the CCP if they don't like it, they can stop shipping crap for the US to buy.

And encourage Taiwan to make their own nukes, as having them is the only thing that will ultimately keep the communists at bay after the US falls apart.
