Someone ought to ask congressional and senatorial candidates if they see unaffordable rents being caused unlimited legal and illegal immigration.

On the west coast people have been turning their detached garages into efficiency apartments and renting them out for $300 to $400 a month. This has been going on for several years. ;)

Try $1,000 a month. One man built his own dog house to live in. He put it on a friends property who only charged him $400 a month.
