We are NOT getting their best and brightest we are getting their poor and diseased and criminals. Mexico doesn’t even have a welfare system because they do not need one as the USA is that for them.

Just because the US government deems one 3rd world immigrant "legal" and another "illegal" doesn't magically endow the "legal" immigrant with any nobleness. It doesn't mean that American whose job he takes -- or the white women whom he rapes -- suffer any less.
