It's called a "transport chair". My younger sister had one because she wasn't capable of operating a regular wheelchair. They're also used for travel because they're very compact and light.

It surly does, Dad. I was joking with my neighbor's wife yesterday that I'd get a job a Kroger as a bag-boy or cashier so I could pick up old ladies, but my back would never handle a shift of standing. At least my pecker's still operating at 110%, so I've got that goin' for me.
