All you have to do is get yourself a US government issued uniform and get yourself blown up by a suicide bomber while manning a checkpoint in Afghanistan. Then Kayleigh would hold you as a hero, too.

On second thought, I'm not sure you'd even need to go to Afghanistan or get yourself blown up. Just the uniform alone might make you a hero.

That's right. Anybody who's ever "served her country in uniform" automatically gets angel wings, a halo and instant total glory with the sheeple. If they were ever sent to some other country in the costume full deity is attached.
