I met this guy named Jim, at a neighbor's birthday party. He's an electrical contractor that specializes in refineries.

I guess the BP plant in Whiting, IN had a steam malfunction. It spewed its load on an e3lectrical panel and smoked it.

I saw cell phone pics.
