Odessa has been without electricity for 3 days. The Ukrainian government wants the civilians of Ukraine to leave the country by early December. This is the Ukraine's response to Russia's demand for negotiations. Imagine ten million more refugees arriving in Europe with sky high electricity and natural gas prices. EU will object.

Russia moved their troops out of Kherson and began an offensive in the Donbass. Ukraine has no electricity to make their trains work. Difficult to move and supply. Russian rockets, artiller, dronesy and air power are reducing their numbers. Just a few weeks before the snow pack is hard enough for a WW II level Russian offensive.

The Ukraine should be routed just about the time the Republicans take over the House. They will audit the money sent to the Ukraine. That is the end.
