FTX was hit with record bank run, and filed for bankruptcy in days, with no central bank to bail it out.... Credit Suisse hit with record bank run, and both the SNB and Fed rushed to bail it out.

Poster Comment:
SEE IMAGE. Bank runs might start in Europe but they will hit America. In 1931 on May 11 the Rothschild owned Credit Anstalt bank in Vienna Failed. It took awhile but American banks failed. We have 2 quadrillion dollars in derivatives so it won't take long for the dollar to go which is why the FED is printing money for Swiss bankers.

An observation: Economies require a currency in order to operate, and in order to be deemed to have "failed" the value of a currency has to be value compared to some other currency, not just commodities.
Even in times of great economic upheaval, economies will always continue operating with some amount of commerce. After all, during the 1930's depression with some 25% unemployment, there was still 75% employed. And any economy that is even limping along requires a functioning currency.
So... A) If the dollar collapses, then against what other currency will it be apparent it has collapsed? Because if the dollar "collapses", probably every other major fiat will collapse as well obfuscating the dollar "collapse".
And B) If it collapses, what other currency will the US industrial, commercial and retail economies start using? When it happened in other countries, people turned to the US dollar. So what will Americans turn to? If there is nothing else to turn to, people will continue to use dollars, which will give the dollar value.
Has the world ever experienced the collapse of a currency that stood as the World Reserve Currency? Not saying it can't happen, but if/when it does, it pretty much has to be in a manner that has never been witnessed before.

I thought Swiss banks were secure and very private. If you had a Swiss bank account the money in it was safe from being plundered.
Why on Earth would the FED bail out Swiss banks? ;)

On June 5, 1933 FDR declared the United States Government bankruptcy and insolvent. Everyone was ordered to turn in the gold at $20.67/oz. It was immediately revalue ro $35/oz. That was a ride profit for the goods.
The Federal Reserve took possession of all the gold in Ft. Knox which is now empty except for 90% pure gold from melted coins.
. There was even a Die Hard movie made about the gold kept in the sub basement of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. ;)
