They likely did not want people knowing where the Biden Crime Family went for Thanksgiving.

You rent cars because official cars that the president rides in, have tracking. Lots and lots of tracking data. A rental only has a black box for finding out where they went when stolen, or if there is an accident. They did not want anyone knowing where they took Brain Damaged Pedo Joe for the holiday. Chances are they took him someplace to get treated for his brain.
