I used to go there in the big truck to pick up produce, I would have four or five stops and the whole trailer was sent out east to a grocery warehouse. The whole trip would take three days and I would bring along an electric cooler with food to save money on truck stop meals.

One time when driving team, we were stuck for two days at a Sapp Bros. truck stop in Evanston, Wyoming during a blizzard. When we were finally able to get out of there we had to go straight to the drop in California.

Driving thru Nevada you could hear the whore houses on the CB radio, "Drivers, stop in for a quick one." Even if we had time we likely would not have stopped since my co-driver was married. ;)
