My mistake. DO NOT BUY FARM LAND ABOVE THE 40TH PARALLEL. We entered a Grand Solar Minimum in 2020. Expect Global Cooling, lots of bad weather, lots of crop losses plus lots of major earthquakes and volcanoes. I need to move away from the New Madrid fault line.
